Personal Care
Assistance with bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, cleaning, medication reminder, transferring in and out of bed/chair, walking, and assisting with mobility.
Companion/ Sitter
Meal preparation, laundry, ironing, clean up, errand runs, shopping, housekeeping, accompany doctors visits and pay bills.
In-House Respite Care
Out of home care and supervision when the usual caregiver is absent or in need of relief, provide a temporary substitute for the caregiver.
Skilled Nursing
Provide medication management, wound care, diabetes management, IV infusion therapy, ostomy care, catheter inserter/care, injection, post-surgical care, and the doctor ordered in-home service.
Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)
Georgia Paediatric Program is a Medicaid program that provides services to medically fragile children under the age of 21 in need of skilled nursing care and personal care support, in the safety of their own home.
